Had good sleep at the superior family room with views. The breakfast was delicious and very good with the biggest omelette I've ever seen, reasonably priced.- The hotel has a great location near The Boathouse on a glorious sunny day as well as the east coast.- All the services were excellent.

It was in an excellent location close to Arcadia, visitor attractions to north, and The Boat House.

Our accommodation was set in a beachfront location very close to the restaurant/pub of The Boathouse. The staff at the sister pub, The Fishbourne, recommended The Boathouse, and it was superb.3. The restaurant has a varied menu.4. The room had fresh decor and a clean bathroom, perfect for relaxation.

We were in a superior family queen room with a flat screen TV, tea/coffee, and a kettle. It was in a beachfront location, in pubs for years.
